Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") applies to every verified creator ("Toe Model", "you") on Famous Toes, in addition to the Terms and Conditions. By completing verification and publishing content, you agree to it.

1. Eligibility and verification

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have completed identity verification with a valid government ID and verification selfie. You will keep your verification information current, and you understand we may re-verify your identity at any time. Accounts are personal: you may not let anyone else operate your creator account.

2. Independent contractor

You are an independent business, not an employee, agent, or partner of Famous Toes. You set your own prices, schedule, and content within platform rules. You are solely responsible for your own income taxes, and you will provide accurate tax information when requested (for example for DAC7 or 1099 reporting).

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you create. You grant Famous Toes a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process (including watermarking and previews), and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting your presence on the service. This license ends for a piece of content when you delete it, except for copies we must retain for legal, dispute, or backup purposes.

4. Content rules

Everything you post must (a) be created by you and feature you, (b) comply with the Terms and all laws, and (c) involve no other person unless that person is 18+, verified with us, or covered by a completed release form you submit before publishing. You are responsible for maintaining your own records of consent for every person appearing in your content. Prohibited content (anyone under 18, non-consensual themes, violence, illegal activity) results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities where appropriate.

5. Earnings, commission, and payouts

You earn from fan memberships, pay-to-unlock posts and messages, tips, and custom content. The platform commission in effect at the time of each sale is shown in your dashboard and deducted automatically; the remainder accrues to your wallet. Payouts require a minimum balance, completed verification, and valid payout details. Chargebacks and refunds for your sales may be deducted from your balance. We may withhold amounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, until the matter is resolved.

6. Custom content

Custom requests are agreements between you and the requesting member. You may decline any request. Never fulfill a request that violates the content rules — report it instead.

7. Promotion and discretion

You may promote your Famous Toes profile anywhere that permits it. Do not use spam, misleading claims, or another person's identity or likeness in your promotion. We may feature your public preview content in on-platform discovery placements (for example "Famous this week"); you can opt out in settings.

8. Leaks and protection

We support you against content theft: watermarking tools, expiring media links, and DMCA takedowns for leaked content. Report leaks with links and proof and we will act promptly.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time; your remaining verified balance will be paid out per the normal schedule after any dispute holds clear. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement for violations of it or the Terms. Sections 2, 3 (retained copies), 4, 5 (holds), and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
