1. Overview

This policy explains what Famous Toes collects, why, and how it is protected. We built the platform around discretion: what you admire, purchase, and earn here stays here.

2. What we collect

Account data: username, email, password (hashed), and profile details you choose to add. Verification data (creators): government ID images and a verification selfie, collected solely to confirm age and identity as required for an adult marketplace. Transaction data: purchases, memberships, tips, payouts, and tax information required by law. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies needed for login, security, and preferences.

3. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: process payments and payouts, verify creators, secure accounts, prevent fraud and chargebacks, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private content for advertising.

4. Discretion by design

Billing descriptors are kept neutral wherever the payment processor allows. We never post on your behalf, and we never disclose your membership to anyone.

5. Who can see what

Creators see the display name of members who subscribe, purchase, or tip. Members see only what creators publish. Our trust-and-safety staff access content and messages only when reviewing reports, verifying identity, or investigating fraud. We share data with authorities only under valid legal process, and with processors and hosting providers only as needed to run the service.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, download, or delete your data from account settings or by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the platform; transaction records are retained as required by tax and financial law. EU/UK users have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); California users have CCPA rights. We honor verified requests within 30 days.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Verification records are retained as required by age-verification and record-keeping obligations. Financial records are kept for the legally required period, then deleted.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Media is served through protected links, with watermarking available to creators. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to us immediately and we will investigate.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and security, and preference cookies for things like theme and language. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; essential ones are required for the site to work.

10. Age

This site is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; suspected underage accounts are terminated and their data deleted.
