1. Who we are

Famous Toes ("Famous Toes", "we", "us") operates famoustoes.com, a premium marketplace where verified adult creators ("Toe Models") share foot-focused photos, videos, live streams, and custom content with fans ("Admirers"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. You must be 18 or older

Famous Toes is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the site in any capacity. Creators must pass identity and age verification before publishing content. We may re-verify any account at any time and will terminate accounts that misrepresent age or identity.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under them. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person per account; accounts are not transferable.

4. Content and licenses

Creators own the content they upload. By posting, a creator grants Famous Toes a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. Purchasing access to content grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to view it on the platform — nothing more. Downloading, screen-recording, re-selling, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

Zero tolerance for: content involving anyone under 18 or anyone who has not given documented consent; non-consensual content of any kind; content depicting or promoting violence, exploitation, or illegal activity; harassment, stalking, or doxxing of creators or members; spam, scams, or impersonation. Content involving any person other than the verified account holder requires a completed release form on file. Violations result in removal, account termination, forfeiture of pending balances where permitted by law, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and tips

Prices are set by creators. Fan memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time in your settings and access continues to the end of the paid period. Unlocks, tips, and custom-content payments are final when delivered as described. Because this is adult digital content, all sales are final except where required by law or where content was not delivered; contact support for delivery issues before disputing a charge. Chargeback abuse leads to account termination.

7. Creator earnings and payouts

Creators receive their earnings minus the platform commission shown in their dashboard at the time of each sale. Payouts require completed identity verification and valid payout details, and are subject to minimum thresholds and processor timelines. Creators are independent contractors, not employees, and are solely responsible for their own taxes.

8. Custom content requests

Custom requests are agreements between Admirer and Toe Model within platform rules. Creators may decline any request. Requests for prohibited content will be refused and may result in account termination for the requester.

9. DMCA and stolen content

We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and actively support creators whose content is leaked or stolen. Send notices via the contact page with the content URL and proof of ownership.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or are required to be closed by law or our payment partners.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famous Toes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
